SYMPTOM

Selecting Code Page 285 (U.K. English) for a file transfer, caused the
following error:  "TRANS62 National language table not found in translation
file.  Using host defaults."


NEW FEATURES
1. Ability to select an alternate port, when telnetting to an IBM host using
LWP TN3270 for Windows.

2. The internal READ_BUFFER_SIZE has been from 1536 bytes to 2048 bytes.

3. All included files are updated to at least the LWP 4.2 level.

Installation Instructions:
1. Apply LWP207.EXE.
2. Apply LWP208.EXE.
3. Copy the files in LWP209.EXE to the LAN WorkPlace BIN directory.  The
default LAN WorkPlace BIN directory is C:\NET\BIN.  The LWP TN3270 for
MS-Windows files reside in the BIN directory.


To use the new Alternate Port feature:
1. Highlight the WTN3270 icon.  
2. Select "Properties..." from the Windows "File" menu.  
3. In the field labeled command line, add the switch "/port <number>".
             Example:  wt3270.exe /port 1038

Patch History:
LWP209.EXE supersedes LWP198.EXE.
